The Exhibition Industry in India is the next big growth engine of the Indian economy. And this industry deserves a day of celebration and gratitude. Believing in the same, Exhibition Showcase – India’s leading magazine for Trade Shows, organized the 2nd Edition of Exhibition Excellence Awards held recently at India Expo Mart Limited, Greater Noida &marked another milestone in the Indian Exhibition Industry. Truly, it was a memorable evening with over 320 industry stalwarts from all parts of the country, coming together under one roof to participate in this mega initiative for the industry.
The Jury was a combination of young ideas and serene experiences to strike that right balance in judgement for the unique live competing categories– Ravinder Sethi (VP IEIA), Manjula Mishra (IIA-Chairperson), Ms.Tarang Khosla (Exhibition Showcase – Chief Editor), Manohar Sajnani (Amity Univ. –Dean), Angela Herberholz (UFI – Communication Head), Ms. Karla Juegel (Messe –Marketing), Renu Sharma (PIOCCI – VP), Vinod Kumar (Econ One – Head Economist), Shyam Nagpal (ICES – MD), Rajneesh Goenka – BJP MSME Cell – National Convener) and J Shankar (CII). Live competing categories included themes:

Apart from the Live Competitions, one of the most awaited moments of the show was the Red Carpet Award Ceremony. An international research firm – Econ One had been entrusted with the task of scrutinizing all the nomination entries to maintain the sanctity and fairness in the judgement. Awards were distributed under four sections, namely – The Organiser, PCO’s, Service Providers and MICE Venues.
The winners received the awards with great enthusiasm and the audience applauded and cheered them with Great Spirit.
Exhibition Excellence Awards presented by Exhibition Showcase is the first Indian and Asian biggest awards program honouring excellence in the exhibition & convention industry. The mission of Exhibition Excellence Awards is to draw attention to the unique and dynamic nature and the rich potential of the Indian Exhibition Industry and honour the real heroes of the exhibition industry. With the appreciable nominations and participation received from companies and associations based in various cities of India and from prominent organisations abroad, the award reflected the tremendous growth this industry has undergone.
The big night came to an end with the gala dinner where the participants enjoyed the best cuisine and drinks while interacting and discussing business and more. It was also another best opportunity to network and explore further business opportunities.
Keeping the enthusiasm, positivity and spirit of the industry intact, the show concluded promising to return next year with a bang.
