Delhi Tourism Inaugurates Delhi Pavillion at the IFFD 2026, Showcasing Capital’s Cultural and Creative Strength

Delhi Tourism marked a prominent presence at the inaugural edition of the International Film Festival Delhi (IFFD) with the inauguration of its dedicated Delhi Tourism Pavillion by Shri Suneel Anchipaka, Managing Director and CEO, Delhi Tourism.

An official cultural initiative of the Government of NCT of Delhi, IFFD is organised by the Delhi Tourism & Transport Development Corporation (DTTDC) as a platform bringing together films that reflect cultural perspectives from across the globe. It celebrates cinema that challenges conventions, presents diverse narratives, and expands the language of storytelling.

The inaugural edition of IFFD 2026 marks the beginning of a long-term cultural vision for the capital, featuring curated film programming that highlights bold voices alongside grand public ceremonies that position cinema as both creative expression and shared cultural experience.

With a strong focus on industry engagement, the event serves as a meeting ground for filmmakers, creators, and collaborators, fostering dialogue and partnerships.

Complementing this are city-wide cultural activations that aim to transform Delhi into a vibrant cinematic canvas, integrating films with public spaces and community experiences.

Delhi Tourism’s participation reflects its strategic effort to align tourism promotion with cultural and creative platforms, while the pavillion engages visitors and industry stakeholders, reinforcing Delhi’s identity as a dynamic hub for heritage, arts, and cinema. Making Delhi as a prominent location to shoot films and TV shows through the single window clearance.

The film festival will go on till 31st March and everyone register on the IFFD website to attend and get a great experience of this magnificent first edition of IFFD 2026.
