To promote the destinations in the Blissful Bihar, ADTOI with its members support has launched its fifteenth State Chapter in Bihar in a colourful and well-attended ceremony on 28th June 2025 at Hotel Patliputra Continental, Patna. Mr. Nand Kishore, MD, Bihar State Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. was the Chief Guest of the ceremony who graced the occasion with his benign presence.
ADTOI team from Delhi led by its President Mr. Ved Khanna was present during the launch. Bihar known for its Buddhist circuit internationally, is promoted by ADTOI members from across the country. This initiative of ADTOI shall bring more footfall of domestic tourists to the State. The Launch was attended by State Govt. officials, stakeholders from the State and the ADTOI members besides PR/Media partners.
During the launch the following Office Bearers of the chapter were nominated to make the Chapter more representative and proactive:
1. Chapter Chairman – Mr. Prabhat Kumar, Visit Bihar Destination Management Pvt. Ltd.
2. Secretary – Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Indian Tourist Bureau, Patna
3. Treasurer – Mr. Sachin Sharma, Shyam Forex Tours and Travels, Patna
4. Lady Entrepreneur Officer (LEO) – Ms. Anupama Singh, MyTravaCo Holidays Pvt. Ltd., Patna
5. Advisor – Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, IAS (Retd.)
Mr. Ved Khanna, President, ADTOI in his address emphasised the necessity of having State Chapter for coordination with State Tourism authorities and the stakeholders in the State to bring winds of change in the progressive growth of tourism that will bring economic benefits to the State in many ways.
