New Delhi: It was a sunny Wednesday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 28.6 degrees Celsius, one notch above the season’s average, the weather office said.
“The sky will remain clear until afternoon. Dust and thunderstorm are likely to occur towards the evening/night,” said an official of the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 40 degrees Celsius, the official said.
According to the weather office, the humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 55 per cent.
Tuesday’s maximum temperature settled at 38 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season’s average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 28.7 degree Celsius. (IANS)
