[dropcap]N[/dropcap]ew Delhi: In a constant endeavor to offer its guests a unique and fun-filled experience, Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar, celebrated the countdown to Christmas with a stimulating Christmas Cake Mixing ceremony at Indyaki, The Indian Grill.
The event witnessed a massive gathering of guests and employees, all set to ring in the Yule spirit with gloves, aprons and chef hats. The table comprised of colorful ingredients such as raisins, black currant, dates, grape cherries, amongst strong spices such as ginger powder, cardamom powder, and a plethora of liquor ranging from rum, whiskey to vodka, exuding the hues of the festive spirit. Guests were treated to an array of sumptuous Hors d’oeuvres prepared by Executive Chef, Navin Singh, which included assorted bruschetta, fresh fruit tarts, Sakora-Kesari Rabri, amongst many other delights.
