NH Hotels are conveniently located in the top city sites in Europe, South and Central America, and the Caribbean, allowing visitors to easily connect to significant corporate and leisure destinations.
NH Hotels, a well-known mid- and luxury hotel brand, will open in the Middle East later this year with the opening of NH Dubai The Palm.
The new-build 533-key resort, which is currently in the final phases of development, will open its doors in December.
NH Dubai is situated on the world-famous Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. The Palm will be part of Seven Hotel & Apartments, a mixed-use project that will include a hotel and a residential tower.
The hotel will be conveniently located on The Palm’s main trunk, adjacent to The Palm’s largest mall and close to The Pointe’s Palm Fountain, which was recently unveiled as the world’s largest fountain.
Other major tourist sites in Dubai, such as the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Marina, are all easily accessible.
The 14-story building will have 227 hotel rooms and suites, as well as 306 serviced flats. Multiple restaurants and bars will be available, as well as three spa treatment rooms, a kids’ club, and four conference spaces.
There will be a gym with the most up-to-date equipment for the active. In addition, the hotel will feature a stunning rooftop infinity pool, making it the ideal ‘Insta’ location.
The hotel’s interiors will be bold, unique, and vibrant, with bursts of color and plenty of local character, reflecting the pulse of Dubai’s fast-paced metropolis. The Palm will debut new hotspots such as a bustling sports bar, as well as a sophisticated rooftop bar and lounge alongside the infinity pool, both of which are west facing and ideal for taking in the city’s famous sunsets.
A huge comfortable multi-purpose space for co-working, with access to the gym and bathrooms, will be another significant element of the hotel, suitable for guests seeking a late check out.

Dillip Rajakarier, CEO of Minor Hotels, commented, “We are thrilled to be bringing NH Hotels to the Middle East and launching in Dubai is a great fit for the brand. The hotel will perfectly complement the existing portfolio of hotels Minor operates within the city, alongside Anantara, Avani and Oaks, widening the offering available for our guests. We look forward to bringing this exciting new hotel to the market working alongside our partners Seven Tides.”
Abdulla bin Sulayem, CEO of Seven Tides, also commented, “We have built a close working relationship with Minor over the past eight years, initially with the launch of Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort in 2013. Being a mid to upscale brand, NH will complement the Anantara and provide cross-marketing opportunities along with the five-star Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Hotel, another Seven Tides property that is under Minor management.”
