The new Feel-Good Menu, accessible on Gourmet Couch, is a natural step for ITC Hotels’ ‘Responsible Luxury’ philosophy, which has been in place for over a decade. In the hospitality industry, ITC Hotels has pioneered numerous gastronomic experiences. Local and seasonal foods have been a priority for decades, and their importance has only grown in recent years.

The Feel Good cuisine emphasizes ancient practices of slow cooking utilizing local and seasonal ingredients, from the healthful grains and flaxseeds, amaranth and chia muffins and croissants, to integrating the old goodness far deeper.

Slowly but slowly, visitors are understanding that immunity is a way of life and, as a result, are becoming more conscious of the importance of including well-being elements in their meals.

The Feel-Good cuisine is full of flavor and is healthful and nutritious. ITC Hotels’ chefs have worked hard to combine the goodness of the ingredients in the main meal, making it wholesome and delicious.

“The Feel Good Menu focuses on authenticity, responsible sourcing, health ingredients and craftsmanship. The dishes are made with forgotten grains and superfoods using age-old cooking methods in keeping with ITC Hotels ethos of Responsible Luxury. The Feel Good menu offers A la Carte Options as well as Combo meals”

Manisha Bhasin, Corporate Executive Chef, ITC Hotels said,

Fresh press mustard oil, which is high in mono unsaturated and omega 3 fatty acids, jackfruit, which is known for its antibacterial, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties, raw turmeric, cardamom, drumstick tree leaves, sorghum, basil, barley, gooseberry, and mangoes are just a few of the ingredients used.
