Air India to launch Namaskar Sewa for All Classes and Passengers for first-class travellers only, the service was accessible previously, but it will now be accessible for all times. It would roll out the initiative from this weekend from Delhi airport on a pilot basis, the airline says. Namaskar Sewa would be provided to travellers at a nominal fee, according to PTI. “We’ve already provided such services to our first-class customers. There’s feedback that passengers in the business and economy class sometimes faced problems at airports and didn’t have a pleasant experience. We’re aiming to tackle these problems with Namaskar Sewa, the official informed PTI.

The airline is planning to concentrate this service more on its global travelers, particularly those in transit leaflets. In order to help travelers register for the service, Air India intends to maintain a team of three staff. The same can be used by flyers on the’ namaskarsewa.in’ weblink. “The amount of staff will rely on the number of clients or group size,” the airline added.
