EgyptAir is preparing to launch an advanced digital platform as part of its ongoing efforts to modernize its services and enhance the passenger experience in line with global trends in the aviation industry.
The national carrier is upgrading its digital infrastructure, including its website, online services, and mobile applications, while introducing a new customer experience management platform.
As part of the initiative, EgyptAir signed a cooperation agreement with Salesforce, a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
The platform will manage customer interactions across multiple touchpoints and marks the first phase of a comprehensive digital transformation of EgyptAir’s customer service operations.
It will unify customer touchpoints, provide deeper insights into passengers’ needs and preferences, and enable more personalized services and faster responses. The platform will also leverage advanced data analytics to enhance the customer experience, strengthen marketing campaigns and loyalty programs, and integrate booking, sales, and customer service into a unified digital ecosystem.
In addition, the new system will enable EgyptAir to proactively communicate with passengers during flight delays, schedule changes, or cancellations, providing faster and more accurate updates.
