Roseate House New Delhi unveils Tara – an open sky pool Japanese Lounge

[dropcap]N[/dropcap]ew Delhi: Roseate House New Delhi, a luxury offering by Roseate Hotels and Resorts announces the launch of Tara, an open roof top Japanese lounge. Offering a svelte spin to traditional Japanese cuisine, Tara will leave Delhi gourmands spoilt for choice as they savour handpicked delights complemented with handcrafted cocktails by the infinity poolside.
Nestled on the rooftop, Tara is spread across 133 square metres in space and can host 34 guests in a perfect setting under the stars – apt to unwind with friends and folks.
Tara’s menu curated by Head Chef Paul Jhon Abayan will offer guests a diverse spread of Japanese chef d’oeuvres from the Teppanyaki and Robatayaki range, Tempura, Sushi and Sashimi immaculately plated to give diners an experience of the ocean to the palate.
With over 6 years of culinary experience, and Zuma, Abu Dhabi as his previous assignment, Chef Paul brings to India a spectrum of food production concepts in Japanese cuisine keeping in mind the palate of Indian audience. Chef Paul is also adept in the art of sushi making, designing and handcrafting scrumptious Nigiri and Sashimi.
Starting September 4, 2017, guests can discover Tara’s signature delicacies that range from Hiyayakko – tofu carpaccio with grated ginger, Katsuobushi and soya dressing, Tuna Tataki – edamame and tomato salsa, Tobico with Andaman tuna and the Omakase platter to name a few. Guests can also enjoy a wide range of Teppanyaki dishes, where fresh produce such as lamb, black cod, salmon are slow-grilled over charcoal along with Tuna, Mushroom, Salmon, quinoa and oyster based spread of Sushi, Sashimi and Nigiri.
