What inspired Roseate’s foray into lifestyle verticals such as Mithai, curated chocolates, cookies, and ISKATE? How do these offerings align with your vision of luxury hospitality and experiential living?

At Roseate Hotels & Resorts, our vision of luxury has always been rooted in bespoke, immersive experiences, delivered with utmost sincerity and care. Each of our hotels is a unique dining destination in its own right. Foraying into curated culinary collections of mithai, tea, coffee, cookies & chocolates was an additional step to serve our invaluable guests, who treasure our commitment towards quality, taste and innovation.

ISKATE, our fascinating lifestyle & sports destination, provides unique experiences not just to our resident guests but also thousands of other enthusiasts who seek quality lifestyle & entertainment activities in a safe, secure environment. It is eventually an extension of our unparalleled hospitality & service. At ISKATE we have had the honour & privilege of hosting National ice skating championships & Olympics and also contribute towards invaluable CSR activities. These offerings reflect our commitment to blending tradition with innovation, and creating everyday experiences that echo the same elegance, detail, and joy our guests associate with Roseate. It’s about transforming hospitality into a lifestyle.

Roseate has taken bold steps beyond traditional hospitality, such as entering co-working and leisure spaces. How do these innovations reflect the evolving convergence of travel, lifestyle, and the future of work?

The lines between travel, work, and lifestyle are increasingly blurring. Our co-working and leisure initiatives are designed for the modern traveller who seeks productivity without compromising on comfort or experience. This convergence reflects the future of hospitality: adaptive, experiential, and deeply human-centric.

Can you share your expansion roadmap for Roseate Hotels & Resorts, both in India and abroad? Are there any emerging markets or new hospitality formats that particularly excite you?

We are in an exciting phase of growth at Roseate Hotels & Resorts. In India, our upcoming property at the Noida International Airport marks a strategic step toward integrating luxury hospitality with future-ready, advanced infrastructure. Roseate will be entering the Branded Residence market in Ayodhya and Dehradun targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and NRIs, with a 20–30% premium on property values and potential Senior living facilities in Tier 2/3 cities., where demand for boutique, experience-driven stays is rising.

We are also actively looking at emerging hospitality formats—blending wellness retreats, design-led serviced residences, and curated lifestyle experiences under one umbrella. We are also diversifying our lifestyle portfolio with the launch of Mithai by Roseate stores bringing our culinary craftsmanship to a broader audience. It is all a part of our mission to evolve Roseate into a full-fledged luxury lifestyle brand. Our hospitality vertical is also poised for growth & expansion in Europe.

Sustainability is no longer optional in luxury hospitality. What standout eco-friendly practices have Roseate properties implemented, and are there any ambitious green initiatives on the horizon?

At Roseate Hotels & Resorts, sustainability is not just rhetoric, it’s a mindset, a way of life. It defines, how we serve our guests, what we serve our guests, preserve our spaces, engage with our teams, mindfully use waste and nurture the environment. Our farm-to-table philosophy is central to this, with fresh, pesticide-free greens grown through hydroponics and ingredients thoughtfully sourced from our own farms and trusted local organic producers. Every dish is a tribute to seasonality, purity, and our deep-rooted respect for nature. We believe in complete transparency.

Through our live kitchens online (on our website), guests can witness the care, precision, and hygiene that goes into the preparation of every meal. Our commitment extends beyond the plate—we source water through innovative technologies, bottle in our own glass water bottles, repurpose floral waste into making incense, and transform unused fruits into handcrafted preserves, are just some of the meaningful steps we take each day.

As we look to the future, we continue to invest in greener choices—from rainwater harvesting to building more eco-conscious spaces. For us, luxury is not only about how guests feel during their stay, but about the positive impact we make n the world around us. We do believe we all thrive in a wonderful ecosystem in which we all are connected.

In what ways has Roseate nurtured a culture of employee well-being, professional growth, and innovation? Are there any internal initiatives or success stories that you’re particularly proud of?

We are only as strong as the team that delivers our vision! Our employees are at the heart of Roseate’s continued success. We deeply value their well-being and have built a work culture that nurtures both personal and professional growth. To support mindfulness & balance, we host monthly Art of Living sessions and encourage a daily 10-minute meditation practice at work. In addition, we wholeheartedly encourage wellness activities such as dance classes, yoga sessions, and personality development programs—designed to promote confidence, creativity, and self-awareness.

We are especially proud of the many individuals who have grown from junior roles into leadership positions within the organization. Their journeys reflect our enduring commitment to fostering talent, encouraging self-development, and creating an environment where people can truly thrive. One of the most significant initiatives taken by us towards the welfare of our team members, is to encourage their family members to join our team. We endeavour to nurture their talents & qualifications and also go a step beyond to offer skill training wherever necessary. This does provide an overriding sense of security and connect with our team members, since not only they rise in their careers, but raises the living & lifestyle of their families.

How do you see technology redefining the guest journey in luxury hotels, and what role is Roseate playing in embracing digital transformation while maintaining a personalized touch?

In today’s luxury hospitality landscape, technology plays a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience without losing the human touch. At Roseate, we’ve integrated cutting-edge solutions that empower our guests to use their smartphones to access their rooms, adjust lighting, air conditioning, and even access elevators using a dedicated app—offering unparalleled convenience and personalization. Additionally, our virtual tour technology allows guests from anywhere in the world to explore our event spaces and rooms in real-time before booking, ensuring confidence and transparency. Yet, while we embrace digital transformation, we remain deeply committed to warm, genuine personalised hospitality & service, because that is what luxury means to us.

Looking back at your leadership journey, how has your personal philosophy shaped Roseate’s identity and its diversification into lifestyle, culinary, and leisure experiences?

My approach to leadership has always been guided by a deep respect for detail, design, and a bespoke guest experience. From the very beginning, the vision for Roseate was to create more than just hotels—we wanted to offer beautifully curated spaces that reflect a refined way of living. This philosophy has shaped every aspect of our journey, influencing how we craft hospitality that is both distinctive and meaningful.

Our expansion into lifestyle, culinary, and leisure experiences came naturally from this vision. We understand that today’s luxury traveller seeks more than comfort—they seek connection, authenticity, and a sense of place. At Roseate, every experience—whether it’s our wellness offerings, our culinary innovations, or the design of our spaces—is created with purpose & care. We believe in offering thoughtful moments that leave a lasting impression, all while staying true to the elegance and excellence our brand represents. As we grow, this philosophy continues to guide us. It ensures that every new offering remains aligned with our core values and contributes to the unique identity that Roseate is known for.
