The Bird Group-owned and operated Roseate Hotels and Resorts were chosen for their superior customer service, sustainability mindset, digital approach, and dedication to displaying a new range of hospitality.

At Noida International Airport, the planned greenfield airport in Delhi NCR, Roseate Hotels and Resorts will build an airport hotel that would provide comfort, convenience, and a sustainable experience to travellers.

The hotel will be a completely new concept with smart technology, such as smartphone access, and services expressly created to meet the changing needs and expectations of international leisure and business travellers.

Roseate Hotels and Resorts will offer a one-of-a-kind stay experience that is exceptional in terms of design, heritage, setting, personality, amenities, and customised service centred on the needs of the client and sustainable luxury.

The hotel will offer mobile room access, rapid online room allocation, and check-in and check-out online. Over 220 luxurious rooms, a suite of banquets, dining, and wellness areas, including a cutting-edge fitness centre, will all be beautifully designed to showcase the warmth of Indian hospitality.

As the first step in transforming Noida International Airport into a regional business and leisure hub, the hotel will be situated near the airport terminal.

Following a competitive bidding procedure including some of the top international and national hospitality firms, Roseate Hotels & Resorts by Bird Group was selected to create this hotel.

Due to the Group’s outstanding customer service and experience, sustainability mindset, digital approach, and dedication to displaying a new spectrum of hospitality, it has been chosen for the project.

It has a collection of seven five-star hotels spread out across India and the U.K., including The Roseate New Delhi, Roseate House New Delhi, and The Roseate Ganges in India; Roseate House London, The Roseate Reading, The Roseate Villa Bath, and the recently acquired The Roseate Edinburgh in the U.K.
