Qatar Airways Unveils New Destination and Luxury Experience at ATM Conference in Dubai
Qatar Airways, the national carrier of the State of Qatar, created quite a buzz on the first day of the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) conference. As a part of showcasing its Formula 1® partnership, the airline attracted visitors with its F1 simulator, in addition to providing a comfortable lounge area that exuded the airline’s standard of luxury, comfort, quality, and hospitality.
Expanding its network to over 160 destinations, Qatar Airways revealed its strategic focus on the Gulf region during the ATM conference. The airline announced the addition of a new destination, Tabouk, Saudi Arabia, along with the resumption of services to Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The airline has also announced its intent to start services to Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE. Currently, Qatar Airways operates 84 weekly flights to the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah.

The airline has won this award seven times, in addition to being named ‘World’s Best Business Class’, ‘World’s Best Business Class Lounge Dining’ and ‘Best Airline in the Middle East.’
Currently, Qatar flies to more than 160 destinations globally, connecting through its hub, Hamad International Airport, which has been voted as the ‘World’s Best Airport’ in 2021 and 2022 consecutively by Skytrax. In addition, the airport has been ranked as the second-best airport in the world by Skytrax and has received the ‘Best Airport in the Middle East’ accolade for nine consecutive years, along with the ‘World’s Best Airport Shopping’ award.
