With the signing of two new hotels – Pride Biznotel Gir and Pride Divine Resort Somnath – the Pride Group of Hotels continues its fast growth in Gujarat. Both of these projects are scheduled to open in April 2022.
In Manjusar and Alkapuri Vadodara, Pride Hotels has opened the Pride Biznotel. The hotel company now has 13 locations across Gujarat, each having a variety of banqueting and dining options.
Pride Hotels wants to have 50 hotels and over 5000 keys in diverse geographic places by the end of 2022 as part of its national expansion goals. The focus for expansion will be on an asset-light strategy, with Pride Hotels managing a large portion of the portfolio directly.

Locals, as well as visitors from surrounding states such as Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan, have flocked to Gujarat in large numbers. Religious tourism has risen as pilgrims from India and throughout the world go to Gujarat’s many pilgrim sites.
Since the sector is recovering post-pandemic, there is tremendous opportunity in Gujarat’s tier 2 and tier 3 cities, which are developing markets. Exceptional occupancy rates have been observed at all of Pride Hotels’ current locations in this region.
In the next months, the hotel brand will expand into Surendranagar, Baruch, and Aatapi as part of its growth ambitions. The Pride Resort in Aatapi is a theme park and resort located halfway between Vadodara and Kewadia (home to the world’s highest monument, the Statue of Unity).
Gujarat, as an industrial center, has been routinely encouraging investments, indicating that demand would continue to rise in the near future.
