NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINE APPOINTS JASON KRIMMEL AS VICE PRESIDENT INTERNATIONAL 

– Krimmel to Lead Sales, Marketing and Brand Communication in all markets outside US and Canada – 

– Ben Angell, Vice President and Managing Director APAC for Norwegian Cruise Line, continues to represent the brand in the Asia Pacific region, reporting to Krimmel –

Jason Krimmel has been appointed as the president of international business at Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), the pioneer in international cruise travel with a 56-year history of pushing boundaries.

To increase the brand’s global reach, Krimmel’s new position will see him in charge of NCL’s sales, marketing, and brand communication initiatives outside of North America and Canada, particularly in the Asia Pacific area.

with an emphasis on enhancing cross-regional collaboration, uncovering new sales possibilities, and generating effective through-the-line campaigns. He will answer to Todd Hamilton, the organization’s senior vice president of sales, in this Miami-based position.

“I’m excited to lead NCL’s international business and further grow our most-promising markets,” said Jason Krimmel, NCL’s new Vice President of International. “The anticipated arrival of Norwegian Viva, the 19th ship in our award-winning fleet, and our return to destinations worldwide will allow us to fully capitalize on the unleashed pent-up demand for cruising worldwide and turn 2023 into NCL’s most successful year to date.” 

Since 2003, when he joined NCL as the business development manager for North Texas, Krimmel has held a variety of positions, including director of field sales and business development, where he oversaw all business development managers based in the United States, and vice president of trade marketing and engagement, whose goal was to strategically increase trade awareness and turn travel agents into long-term business partners.

He and his team successfully created Break Free, NCL’s most comprehensive international marketing campaign to date, including worldwide TV integrations in his most recent position as Vice President of International Marketing and Global Creative Strategy.
