MINISTRY OF CRAB, MUMBAI COMES TO DELHI

Premium fine-dining seafood restaurant Ministry of Crab’s famous Sri Lankan chef Dharshan Munidasa showcased some of his most loved seafood dishes and a range of crustacean delicacies at the 4-day pop-up event for Delhiites at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi with a particular word unveiling on the last day.

The seafood wait was over for enthusiasts in Delhi as fresh seafood came to them. Ministry of Crab, Mumbai, a premier fine dining seafood restaurant, had a pop-up event from January 11–14 at the Shang Palace, Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, serving customers the best and freshest Indian crab and prawn.

If you love seafood, the Ministry of Crab in Mumbai is a must-visit location. The majority of celebs and socialites attend it since it is situated at one of Mumbai’s most recognisable historic buildings.

The restaurant has a no-freezer policy to guarantee that they only serve the best catch of the day and offers recipes selected by chef Dharshan Munidasa. Tiny, meatless, irregularly sized crab claws are not acceptable at the table, and the quality of the ingredients used in all prepared meals is paramount.

The four-course set menu at the pop-up restaurant at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi showcased dishes like Avocado Crab Salad, which combines steamed and chilled white meat of crab with wasabi mayonnaise and is served in an avocado, and Garlic Chilli Prawn, which is incredibly large lake prawn cooked in Italian olive oil, Japanese soy sauce, garlic, and chilli flakes in a style that is exclusive to Ministry of Crab and is served with Kade

The main dish included hand-crushed peppercorns, pepper stock, Indian Lagoon and Pepper Crab. On the side, there is steamed Japanese sticky rice.

On the occasion of the pop-up Chef Dharshan Munidasa said, “Those who live near the ocean can enjoy their seafood throughout the year but for the seafood lovers in places like Delhi, relishing freshly caught, freshly-cooked seafood is a luxury that comes by rarely. We wanted to bring that experience to Delhiites and hope they have the best meal of their life here.”
