Rahul Gautam has experience in capital markets, corporate finance and business advisory
Rahul Gautam has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer of ixigo (Le Travenues Technology Limited) as of May 5, 2022. Rahul will replace previous Group Chief Financial Officer Ravi Gupta, who left due to personal reasons. Rahul has extensive expertise in capital markets, corporate finance, and business consultancy.
Rahul will oversee the finance unit of ixigo in his present capacity, with a focus on corporate finance and development, mergers and acquisitions, public markets and investor relations, growth, risk management, and financial reporting.
Rahul has held a variety of leadership positions, most recently as Senior Vice President – Finance at PVR Limited, where he was responsible for corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, among other things. SBI Capital Markets Limited, Religare Capital Markets Limited, and Deloitte Haskins and Sells were among his previous employers.
Rahul graduated with honours from the University of Delhi with a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He also joined the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2004.
