Yoga enlightens our body, mind and thoughts. Yoga helps seek one-self, taking positive words and thoughts inside and sending negative thoughts and words outside. During Yoga Day and this pandemic plant an oxygen-giving tree around you. We must also protect our environment.

Our mantra should be Culture, Nature and Future. Help us secure our future, every day is Yoga day. Pandemic has taught us health is our true wealth.

Watch this Live event if missed:

On the banks of the Ganges, Parmarth Niketan is home to a 14-foot Shiva statue that reflects a perfect perspective of the ashram. Vijaypal Baghel of Himalaya Vahini planted the divine tree of heaven Kalpavriksha on the grounds of this ashram.

Daily yoga classes at Parmarth Niketan include Vinyasa yoga, general Hatha yoga, and yoga Nidra. Morning universal prayers and meditation sessions, daily Satsang and lecture programs, kirtan, a Ganga aarti at sunset attended by hundreds of tourists each day on the Ganges shore before the pandemic, also Nature Cure and Ayurveda were among these everyday activities.

Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati has been teaching and living in the Parmarth Niketan Ashram for the past 25 years.
