IHG Hotels and Resorts Brings New Holiday Inn Hotel
One of the top hotel corporations in the world, IHG Hotels, has partnered with Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt. Ltd. to build a new Holiday Inn hotel in the NCR area called Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH 8. By the first quarter of 2025, the 139-key new construction facility is anticipated to be open for business.
Due to its advantageous location on the NH8 motorway, which runs from Delhi Airport to Gurgaon, the hotel should enjoy strong exposure and easy access. The hotel will be well situated to meet the corporate demand given close proximity to established commercial development within a 3-5 km radius.
In addition, Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH 8 will be conveniently located 15 km from the international airport and 5 km from Gurgaon City Center, making it a desirable location for both small- to medium-sized social gatherings and local corporate meetings.
With the new agreement, Gurgaon will feature three IHG hotels under various brands, including Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, and Holiday Inn Express, giving visitors choices based on their requirements and budgets.
When it first opens, the Holiday Inn Gurgaon NH 8 will provide visitors with well-appointed, contemporary rooms and cutting-edge amenities for a relaxing stay. The hotel will provide 24-hour dining and drinking, a lobby lounge, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre. A total of 400 square metres of conference and banqueting space will also be available at the hotel to accommodate the expanding demand from the MICE and social events segments.
