HRAWI Organises FSSAI’s FoSTaC Programme In Mumbai

The Hotel and Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI organised FSSAI’s latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) at the Hotel Marine Plaza in Mumbai. Held on 27th May, 2026, the training program was conducted by Dr V. Pasupathy – Trainer, Parikshan FSS Pvt Ltd. and covered essential topics including food handling, hygiene, sanitation and waste management. The 30 hospitality professionals attending the session received practical insights on strengthening food safety measures, reinforcing industry best practices.

The training session was inaugurated by Dr V. Pasupathy; Mr Osden Henriques – Executive Assistant Manager and Ms Vaishali Savale – Human Resources Manager of Hotel Marine Plaza and Mr Adhir Vinod Dabholkar – F&B Manager of Silent Hills Resort Pvt Ltd.

HRAWI has successfully trained and certified 3,870 hospitality professionals through its FoSTaC and FSSAI’s Management Training Program. The programme is designed to promote a culture of food safety and equip industry professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to uphold the highest standards in daily operations.
