In a concerted effort to uphold stringent food safety standards within the hospitality industry, the Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI, in partnership with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), orchestrated a transformative Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) programme in Navi Mumbai.

Enhancing Expertise in Food Safety

The session convened on April 12th at the prestigious Yogi Metropolitan in Navi Mumbai, attracted 14 enthusiastic hospitality professionals eager to fortify their expertise in ensuring impeccable safety standards within their establishments. Led by industry experts and facilitated by Dr. Pasupathy from Parikshan, Ms. Manasi Parab, Admin Assistant, and Mr. Sandeep Bhaud, Assistant IT Manager of HRAWI, the training session commenced with a joint inauguration, setting the tone for a day of insightful learning and skill development.

The FoSTaC programme delved into a comprehensive curriculum encompassing pivotal topics crucial for maintaining food safety and hygiene.
