IHG Hotels and Resorts, one of the world’s leading hotel businesses, has signed a management deal with prominent real estate developer Dinesh Kumar Choudhary (HUF) for a new hotel, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jaipur Karoli Bagh, near the capital of Rajasthan’s Gopalpura Byepass. The brownfield hotel, which will include 141 rooms, is anticipated to open in the first quarter of 2023.

Jaipur is Rajasthan’s main city and one of the most popular tourist sites for both domestic and foreign visitors. It is a popular wedding venue in India and is part of the Golden Triangle, a popular tourist circuit connecting the national capital Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur.

Furthermore, the city is the economic capital of Rajasthan and is home to several enterprises. With the addition of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jaipur Karoli Bagh, the city now has three IHG hotels to choose from Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, and Holiday Inn Express, all of which cater to different visitors profiles.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jaipur Karoli Bagh will be on the Gopalpura Bypass road, just 15 minutes from the airport. The city center, commercial district, tourist sites, as well as significant dining and retail destinations will all be within easy driving distance of the hotel.
