He has worked with prestigious companies such as The Oberoi New Delhi, Trident Agra, Taj Lake Palace Udaipur, and Ananta Spa & Resort Udaipur over his 15-year career. Prior to this, he worked as the Food & Beverage Manager at Hotel Avadh Utopia in Surat.
Mr Rana has extensive experience in food and beverage operations, business planning, profit centre operations, vendor management, quality management, people management, business development, and budgetary control.
Hotel operations, food and beverage management, and client relationship management are his main areas of expertise. Throughout his career in the hospitality industry, he prioritised client pleasure as a means of meeting organisational goals.
