India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB), a body sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India is pleased to announce our flagship event, the “15th Conventions India Conclave,” in New Delhi from August 19–21, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam. This event is in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and jointly organised by ITPO and Delhi Tourism.
As the Theme of the Event is “Powering the Future of Innovation,” the focus area during the Conclave will be on all segments of the MICE industry- incentives, exhibitions, association conferences, and corporate meetings- creating an opportunity for our members to look for new avenues of business development.
The Conclave is not only significant, being the 15th CIC 2026, but it will also be an opportunity for us to project ICPB as a parent body for marketing India as a preferred Convention Destination, especially in the context that we in ICPB are also working on restructuring and strengthening of ICPB.
This is not a traditional Association Event, but it is regarded to be South Asia’s premium networking event for buyers and sellers in the India Convention Industry, organised on the pattern of IBTM, ITCMA and IMEX. It is a premium B2B Event in this part of the World.
The Exhibition and B2B meetings with prescheduled appointments will be an important component of the Conclave. We expect 350-400 delegates, including domestic and international buyers, for our two-day event, in addition to 75-100 Exhibitors.
The two-day Event is also packed with Sessions and Panel discussions on various topics, such as “Technology Innovation in the Meeting Industry,” ” Incentives- Meeting Expectations of Corporates,” a panel discussion on synergy between the Exhibition & Conference Industry and renowned international keynote speakers sharing their experiences during the Convention.
The 15th Convention India Conclave is being organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism and jointly organised by ITPO & Delhi Tourism.
The Conclave will provide the perfect forum for opinions, views and standpoints on India’s meetings and Convention Industry.
