GAEHP Celebrates First Anniversary with Strong Industry Participation in New Delhi

The Global Association of Events & Hospitality Professionals (GAEHP) marked its 1st Anniversary & Networking Evening in New Delhi with strong participation from across the travel, tourism, hospitality, and events industry, reaffirming its growing relevance as an industry body.

The event was attended by over 120 professionals, with members travelling from locations as far as 1,000 kilometres, underlining the association’s expanding national footprint within just one year of its formation.

The evening was graced by several eminent dignitaries, including Subhash Goyal, Chief Patron – GAEHP and Chairman, STIC Group, Ms. Samanda, Additional Director – Tourism & Culture, FICCI, and Dr. R. K. Suman, Deputy Director General, Ministry of Tourism, along with other senior industry stakeholders and association leaders.

Speaking on the occasion, Rajesh Arya, President – GAEHP, said, “GAEHP was formed with the objective of creating a collaborative, credible platform for professionals across events, travel, and hospitality. The response we have received within the first year—both in membership growth and industry participation—reinforces the need for such a unified body.”

Highlighting the association’s rapid progress, Pranav Bansal, General Secretary – GAEHP, added, “In less than one year, GAEHP’s membership has grown to close to 350 professionals, representing diverse verticals including travel agents, tour operators, hotels, event organisers, and allied service providers. The anniversary evening reflects the trust and engagement the industry has shown in GAEHP’s vision.”
