“We are delighted to celebrate the opening of our second St. Regis property in this enchanting haven in India. St. Regis provides exquisite resort experiences for our global luminaries, and Goa is a special destination where guests will find themselves surrounded by unspoilt nature and infinite sandy beaches,” saidGeorge Fleck, Vice President and Global Brand Leader, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts.

“Through the exemplary hospitality and cherished traditions of the original St. Regis hotel in New York, we embrace the Goan spirit of slowing down to enjoy life’s moments to their fullest. The St. Regis Goa Resort offers a welcome respite, a place where our guests can renew, reconnect and appreciate what is truly important.”

The resort provides four great dining options, two bars, and The Restaurant, an all-day eating option where visitors are invited to sample both regional specialities and global favourites.

Riverside, an Italian fine dining restaurant with stunning views of the Sal River and modern food influenced by Italian traditions, is located at the eastern end of the resort. In a relaxed beach hut overlooking the ocean, Susegado is a pan-Asian and seafood grill restaurant that tempts customers with the delicious fragrances of seafood that has been perfectly grilled over charcoal as well as light snacks and cool cocktails.

The Goan Mary cocktail, inspired by the brilliant colours and the well-known hot red Recheado masala of Goa with Kashmiri chilli, vinegar, garlic, cinnamon, and local spices, is served in The Drawing Room along with expertly constructed afternoon tea. With its views of the pool at dusk and the sunset, Pool Bar is the ideal location for pre-dinner cocktails. The perfect spot to unwind and practise the art of drinking while enjoying entertaining indoor games and activities is Aqua.

A swimming pool surrounded by vegetation and a well-stocked gym is both available at the St. Regis Goa Resort.

Younger visitors will appreciate the St. Regis Family Traditions experiences and programmes, which include a mobile library, as well as the entertaining and educational activities offered by the Children’s Club, which has a pool, play area, and gaming area exclusively for children.

The St. Regis Spa offers custom treatments in eight private rooms that feature 5,000-year-old Indian ayurvedic rituals and therapies that nourish and revitalise the mind, body, and spirit.

The resort preserves the history of the illustrious Astor family, who founded the brand’s flagship property, The St. Regis New York, with activities that reflect their passion for sports and the great outdoors, including a picturesque 12-hole executive golf course and laid-back beachside facilities.

“Goa has something for everyone, whether they are interested in historic architecture, uninterrupted expanses of golden beaches, unique fusion cuisines or exhilarating outdoor activities,” saidSatish Kumar, General Manager, The St. Regis Goa Resort. “The Goan people are warm, welcoming and generous, and the notion of ‘susegad’ is quintessential to their way of life, encouraging one to slow down and find clarity amidst the exotic spirit of the landscapes. Whether indulging, celebrating, or exploring, The St. Regis Goa Resort is a soulful sanctuary where senses are delighted, moments are treasured, and memories are made.”
