Before joining Sofitel Mumbai BKC, Jasvir served as the Director of Rooms at The Ritz-Carlton Bengaluru for two years. In this role, he was instrumental in maximizing room sales and revenue through strategic yield management, upselling, and effective inventory management. His responsibilities also included planning and implementing comprehensive training programs for all Front Office employees, ensuring they provided exceptional customer service in line with the brand’s prestigious guidelines.
Jasvir’s strategic initiatives extended to maximizing employee productivity through multi-skilling, multi-tasking, and flexible scheduling, all aimed at meeting the financial goals of the business while exceeding guest expectations. He also played a key role in preparing the Annual Business Plan for the Rooms Division and managing the monthly forecast.

Before his tenure at The Ritz-Carlton Bengaluru, Jasvir was the Director of Rooms at the Marriott Weligama Bay Resort & Spa. His career also includes several other significant roles across Marriott and Hyatt properties in India and Sri Lanka. Jasvir holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Hospitality Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Hyderabad, which he earned in 2005. His extensive experience and educational background have equipped him with a profound understanding of the luxury hospitality sector.
