The event, which took place on July 28, 2024, commenced at 4 AM from Green Park, New Delhi, and challenged participants with a round trip to Mathura.
Attracting 150 diverse participants, including students, celebrity chefs, and industry professionals, the cyclothon aimed to address the talent shortage exacerbated by rapid industry expansion post-COVID-19. The initiative aligns with recent budget forecasts predicting the creation of 1 million hospitality jobs in the coming years. Roseate’s efforts underscore its dedication to nurturing talent and advancing the industry’s future.
