oneworld® has been named the ‘Favourite Airline Alliance’ for the third consecutive year in The Trazees, marking its seventh win overall. Voted by readers of Trazee Travel, an online platform for travelers aged 25 to 40, this award celebrates oneworld’s commitment to exceptional travel experiences and customer service.
The award ceremony, held at the Joseph Hotel in Nashville, saw Chris Quiriconi, oneworld’s Director of Corporate Sales & Events, accept the accolade on behalf of the alliance. Quiriconi remarked, “To be named ‘Favourite Airline Alliance’ is a testament to our members and the excellent customer service and connectivity they offer around the world each day.”
In addition to this achievement, oneworld was also recognized in Global Traveler’s ‘Wines on the Wing’ awards. This prestigious event, now in its 18th year, saw airlines compete in a blind tasting of white, red, and sparkling wines judged by industry experts. Quiriconi expressed pride in the alliance’s success, stating, “For the alliance and its members to also be recognized for the highest quality onboard wines shows the devotion to offering customers the best travel experience at 35,000ft.”
oneworld members celebrated multiple victories, with American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, British Airways, and Qatar Airways winning top awards for their in-flight wines, further enhancing the alliance’s reputation for excellence.
