HRAWI’s Most Recent FoSTaC Programme Held In Navi Mumbai

On January 10, 2023, at the Four Points by Sheraton in Navi Mumbai, Vashi, the Hotel and Restaurant Association of Western India (HRAWI) and the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) conducted their most recent Food Safety Supervisory Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) session.

Dr. V. Pasupathy, the Trainer, led a training session with 40 members of the hotel industry. The training workshop was launched by Dr. V. Pasupathy, Mr. Stephen Dsouza, Cluster General Manager, Mr. Abdul Wahab Kazi, F&B Services Manager, Chef Meraj Ansari, Executive Chef, and Mr. Hemanshu Chauhan, Assistant Secretary General.

HRAWI’s Most Recent FoSTaC Programme Held In Navi Mumbai

In India’s Western area, HRAWI has successfully taught and qualified 2397 hospitality professionals through the FoSTaC and FSSAI’s Management Training Program throughout the years.

“The session was enlightening, and attendees learned about many innovative practices in the sector. The FoSTaC programmes have advanced greatly over the past few years, and we are pleased that the involvement from hospitality businesses has been steadily rising. All hospitality workers benefit greatly from the FSSAI’s training programmes since they place a high priority on teaching students about food safety and handling SOPs. The HRAWI will continue to hold the programmes as frequently as it can, according to HRAWI President Mr. Pradeep Shetty.
