HRAWI ORGANIZES FSSAI’S FOSTAC PROGRAMME IN INDORE
In a proactive move towards enhancing food safety measures in the hospitality industry, The Hotel And Restaurant Association (Western India) – HRAWI, recently spearheaded the organization of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India’s (FSSAI) latest Food Safety Supervisor Training in Advance Catering (FoSTaC) programme in Indore. Held on the 11th of April at the esteemed Hotel South Avenue, this event brought together 29 dedicated hospitality professionals with a unified aim of elevating their proficiency in maintaining impeccable safety standards within their establishments.

The session, attended by industry stalwarts and aspiring professionals alike, was a testament to the collaborative efforts within the hospitality sector towards ensuring safe and healthy food practices. Dr. Pasupathy from Parikshan, Mr. Sumit Suri – Director of Hotel Omni Palace and Executive Committee Member & State Coordinator (MP), along with Mr. Dinesh Dawar – Director of Hotel South Avenue, Indore, jointly inaugurated this insightful training session, setting the tone for an enriching and productive discourse on food safety.
