Chef Nisha Kumari has been named Head Chef at Fairmont Jaipur’s freshly opened BBQ restaurant ‘Zia.’ Nisha has almost 5 years of experience and has trained under Albert de Mun – Paris VII, as well as representing India in the 2016 Young Chef Olympiad, which included 67 countries.
She was also the winner of Bangkok’s Super Chef 2015 competition. Her passion for food and beverage presentation makes her a natural match with Zia.

‘Zia,’ which in Arabic means ‘light,’ is a brand-new BBQ restaurant at Fairmont Jaipur. Zia provides a one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience, drawing influence from Mughal-era grills as well as true American BBQ trails.
