Devendra is a seasoned professional with more than 14 years of experience in the hotel sector. He will be in charge of managing human resources, hiring tasks, employee engagement, and strategic interventions by putting innovative ideas into action.
In terms of compliances, personnel planning, performance management, grievance handling, learning & development, payroll administration, budgeting and forecasting, Devendra brings with him a wealth of experience that will be essential to achieving the aims and objectives of the firm.
He comes to the Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla with the goal of upholding the hotel’s current “People first” posture and creating a high-performing, brand-hearted, and highly engaged staff through his creative methods. He will work to promote IHG’s fundamental principle of “Room To Be Yourself” while advancing the culture of diversity and inclusion.
Devendra is a vibrant and enthusiastic human resources expert who is recognised to exhibit competence in conflict management and interpersonal skills.
Devendra has experience working with prestigious national and international hotel brands including Radisson, Marriott International, Amritara Hotels & Resorts, and Four Points by Sheraton in addition to Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla.
