39% of Indian plan to travel in 2022
According to Agoda’s latest ‘India-genous Travel’ poll, 39% of Indians plan to travel globally in 2022, while Agoda’s Return to Travel survey indicated that their top fear about going internationally is understanding constraints and vaccine or quarantine regulations. As the effects of Omicron fade, governments are taking cautious efforts to restore borders, relax entrance restrictions, and welcome international tourists, especially Indians. Travellers who have received the Covishield or AstraZeneca vaccine can now fly to Egypt without having to do an RT-PCR test. You only need to fill out a health declaration form and you’re good to go.
