Air India, in conjunction with Air India Express, is pleased to announce an expansion in its operations to Dubai, UAE, with more non-stop flights from Delhi and Mumbai. As part of the network alignment process between the two airlines, Air India has ramped up the frequency to operate up to 10 daily flights between Delhi and Dubai in both directions. In addition, Air India now operates up to 6 daily flights in both directions between Mumbai and Dubai.
Increased Flight Frequency
With the current summer schedule, the majority of the week will have eight flights each way to Dubai from the two major Indian cities. This means greater flexibility for customers, with flight timings to and from Dubai spread throughout the day, allowing them to select from morning, afternoon, and evening departures based on their preferences. Starting April 29, 2023, Air India will offer a new flight between Delhi and Dubai, providing even more options for travellers.
Optimized Flight Schedule
This optimization of Air India’s flight schedule for Dubai is part of the ongoing network alignment between Air India and Air India Express. By densifying their presence on more commercially viable routes and reducing frequencies on overlapping routes, they are achieving greater synergy. This allows the airlines to better serve their customers and streamline their operations.
Top-Notch Aircraft
Air India has deployed its twin-aisle Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft, which features 18 fully-flat beds in Business Class and 238 Economy Class seats, on most of its daily flights to Dubai from Delhi and Mumbai. The remainder of the flights are operated by Airbus A320/321 aircraft. With these top-notch aircraft, Air India is providing its customers with an unparalleled travel experience.
