The Rajasthan Domestic Travel Mart (RDTM), organised by the Federation of Hospitality & Tourism of Rajasthan (FHTR) in association with the Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, is Rajasthan’s premier B2B tourism marketplace. Now in its sixth edition, RDTM has established itself as an important platform connecting Rajasthan’s tourism fraternity with travel trade professionals from across India.
RDTM brings together hotels, resorts, tour operators, destination management companies, travel agents, wedding planners, event managers, experience providers, tourism boards, airlines, media and other stakeholders under one roof. Through business meetings, networking opportunities and destination showcases, the Mart creates a platform for meaningful partnerships, knowledge exchange and new business opportunities.
The purpose of RDTM extends beyond promoting established tourism destinations. Rajasthan’s tourism potential is vast and diverse, encompassing heritage and culture, wildlife, rural and tribal experiences, spirituality, wellness, adventure, arts, crafts, cuisine and immersive journeys. The Mart provides an opportunity to showcase this diversity to domestic buyers, encouraging them to discover new destinations and develop innovative travel products for their clients.
For buyers, RDTM offers direct access to a wide range of tourism suppliers, enabling them to discover new properties, experiences and destinations, to explore suppliers and work with DMCs and establish direct business relationships, explore competitive offerings and create customised itineraries. For exhibitors, it provides visibility among national travel trade professionals, opportunities to generate new business, expand market reach, understand evolving buyer expectations and build long-term partnerships.
The benefits of RDTM extend to Rajasthan’s tourism industry at large. By bringing the public and private sectors together, the event strengthens industry collaboration, encourages investment, promotes lesser-known destinations and supports the development of new tourism circuits. It contributes to longer visitor stays, employment generation and economic opportunities for communities and businesses connected with tourism, including hospitality, transport, handicrafts, culture and entertainment.
Importantly, RDTM encourages the industry to look beyond conventional sightseeing and embrace the future of experiential, immersive and responsible tourism where travellers connect not only with monuments and landscapes, but also with the people, traditions and stories that make Rajasthan unique.

A New Chapter: Marwar Travel Mart
RDTM 2026 introduces an exciting new initiative. For the first time, the Mart will be extended beyond Jaipur for an additional three days in Jodhpur, creating a seven-day tourism marketplace across two important destinations of Rajasthan.
Following RDTM in Jaipur from 17–19 September 2026, the inaugural Marwar Travel Mart (MTM) will take place in Jodhpur from 20–22 September 2026. MTM will provide a dedicated platform to showcase the immense tourism potential of the Marwar and Thar region, including its heritage, desert landscapes, wildlife, rural experiences, arts and crafts, luxury hospitality, destination weddings and vibrant cultural traditions.
This initiative represents an important step towards expanding tourism promotion beyond traditional centres and bringing greater visibility to the diverse regions of Rajasthan. Together, RDTM and MTM aim to promote new circuits, encourage longer stays, strengthen business opportunities and position Rajasthan as a destination of endless possibilities.
Through Stories, Journeys and Smiles, RDTM 2026 celebrates Rajasthan’s tourism industry and its shared vision of making the state more accessible, diverse, experiential and sustainable for travellers from across India and the world.
