Singapore Airlines Expands 2025 Summer Flight Services Across Key Destinations

Singapore Airlines (SIA) is set to expand its flight services across several key destinations during the 2025 Northern Summer season, from March 30 to October 25, 2025, to accommodate growing travel demand. The airline will increase frequencies on multiple routes, ensuring greater connectivity and passenger capacity.

Beginning March 30, 2025, SIA will offer daily flights to London Gatwick, up from the current five weekly services. Combined with its existing four daily flights to London Heathrow, this change will provide a total of five daily flights to London. Additionally, Rome will see an increase to five weekly flights between June 26 and August 28, 2025, from the current four.

SIA will also adjust its operations in Europe by delinking its Singapore-Milan-Barcelona route from June 24 to September 7, 2025. During this period, the airline will introduce five direct flights per week to Barcelona, up from two, and Milan will enjoy daily services, up from the current four times a week.

In Asia-Pacific, flights to Adelaide will rise to 10 weekly services, while Ho Chi Minh City and Siem Reap will see an increase to three times daily and twice daily, respectively. A temporary three-times weekly service to Johannesburg will also be added, boosting the total to 10 weekly flights during peak periods.

“The network adjustments will meet increased demand during peak travel seasons and enhance our customers’ travel experiences,” stated Mr. Dai Haoyu, Acting Senior Vice President Marketing Planning, Singapore Airlines.

These adjustments reflect SIA’s strategic approach to meeting evolving passenger needs and delivering exceptional service.
