[dropcap]B[/dropcap]hopal: Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board (MPTB) enlightens the Indian travel fraternity with the fifth edition of Madhya Pradesh Travel Mart (MPTM) from October 5th to 7th, 2018 at hotel Lake view in Bhopal. The grand event brought together national and international travel trade professionals under one roof providing multiple opportunities to tap the ever-growing market.
The objective of this event is to strengthen Madhya Pradesh as a world-class destination for Wildlife, Nature, Heritage, Pilgrimage, Adventure & MICE, the opportunity to meet, network, and share expertise with professionals who want to learn about various products and add more to the increasing footfall.
The exhibition witnessed over 200 national and international buyers from 28+ countries like Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East, US, Australia, South Africa, Malaysia, China and France etc. About 125+ representatives from distinct Indian markets including heritage hotels, conference venues, tour operators and travel enthusiasts who are willing to travel to Madhya Pradesh. Additionally, the two-day long exhibition was attended by famous media personalities from different media genres international as well as from India. They came together to exchange views and opinions on travel initiatives across various industries.

Adding more grace to the grand occasion, the senior delegates including honourable Dr. Ilaya Raja , IAS, Managing Director, Madhya Pradesh State Tourism Development Corporation (MPSTDC) and honourable Mrs. Bhawana Walimbe, AMD, Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board were present to enlighten audiences with their knowledge and expertise.
To carry forward the success of the event, along with various presentations and engagement activities there will be post-event FAM Tours for the buyers & media to places of interest such as Mandu, Sanchi, Kanha and Pench which will be organized by Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board.
